He has been both an executive assembling Red, Blue and Purple teams, as well as a technical member of those teams. He is both a consultant to executives on IT security strategy, as well as an active practitioner, ranging from high profile companies that have been breached, to small companies that need risk assessments and IT audits. Joe is intimately familiar with mandates ranging from HIPAA, to FERPA, GLBA, ISO 27K, NIST 800-53, and PCI. Joe blogs and speaks about major threats, such as Ransomware, to Information Security personnel across all industries.

Rich Devlin

Rich Devlin has over 30 years of developing, marketing, and managing software and hardware products, from Fortune 15 high-tech companies to software startups. His background ranges from applications software development to large computer systems design. He was the Senior Product Manager for the two most successful server product lines in the history of Digital Equipment Corporation. He developed CAD/CAE software in semiconductor research and circuit simulation. Mr. Devlin additionally has been a successful salesperson / marketer / product line manager for a small nonlinear control dynamical systems Software Company, as well as the founder and developer of an enterprise class IT risk management Software Company focused on banking and healthcare.
