Why Should You Attend:

Studies show that nearly 75% of the population fears public speaking. An HR salary study has determined that employees who make presentations earn an average of $9,000 per year more employees who are not responsible for making presentations. This 90-minute webinar will reveal easy-to-implement ideas that will help you become more comfortable in front of the room and make your message more impactful.

In a recent survey of those who provide technical training, the greatest challenge identified lay in how to make the training interesting. Prominent issues for trainers involved not technical issues, but how to be a better, more polished speaker.

This webinar will share best practices and practical know how on how to enhance your presentation skills and be a skillful public speaker.

Areas Covered in the Webinar:

  • Using stories and current events to bring your training objective to life
  • Understanding the professional personalities in the room and how to capitalize on each
  • The concept of “Feel, Felt, Found” and how it can change attitudes
  • How to handle the “disruptive”, “know it all”, or otherwise difficult student
  • Bring your PowerPoint’s to life (but don’t rely on them)
  • How to have fun (you and the audience) when training those difficult subjects
  • Using pre-tests, post-tests, real time polling and other digital tools to improve your message
  • How to use participatory-based training to make an impact

Who Will Benefit:

  • Trainers
  • Managers
  • Teachers
  • HR Professionals
  • Supervisors
