Reduce, reuse, and recycle. This training program will explore how scaling these principles has been difficult for modern industry, given its reliance on the more linear “dig-up, use-up, dump.” With the price of natural resources soaring, environmental regulations pushing companies to reduce waste, and the popular push to a greener economy, the notion of a circular economy is gaining traction worldwide. It’s even having an impact on the way major manufacturers in the United States manage their companies as well as their supply chains.
