She is a Sarbanes-Oxley subject matter expert focused on the design, implementation, analysis and optimization of internal control systems and corporate governance and risk management programs. As a thought leader in this area, she developed a compliance methodology in conjunction with a delivery framework and has spoken at numerous conferences as well as published several articles on this particular subject. Ms. Marchetti has worked globally with both public and private entities in most industries as well as organizations of all sizes. She regularly interacts with Big Four, middle market and local external audit firms as a liason on behalf of these organizations.
Ms. Marchetti served as the Global Service Line Director – Governance and Risk Management Practice at Parson Consulting. As the Practice Director she worked with numerous clients on Sarbanes-Oxley compliance initiatives and frequently collaborated as well as presented to Board’s of Directors in regard to Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, Corporate Governance and Enterprise Risk Management. Jon Groetzinger, is a Visiting Professor of Law at Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio. He teaches courses in International Business Transactions, International Trade and Development, Business Associations and Doing Business in the U.S.
Before becoming a full-time faculty member, Professor Groetzinger had almost 30 years of international business practice experience, including representing one of the country’s largest corporations before a U.S. Congressional subcommittee against allegations of Foreign Corrupt Practices Act violations.
In addition to his practice with outside law firms, he served more than a dozen years as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of American Greetings, listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
He has also been CEO of both domestic and international businesses. He has chaired national and regional General Counsel associations and appeared on TV and been quoted on international corporate matters in Forbes, USA Today, China Post, Times of India, ABC, CBS and NBC News, among other media.

She has held senior management positions in accounts payable, procurement, internal auditing, internal controls, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, payroll, logistics, financial systems strategy, and financial integration at Digital, Compaq, Hewlett Packard, MCI, APEX Analytix, and Business Strategy, Inc. She was recruited to assist MCI (formally WorldCom) recover from their internal control challenges.
