The Webinar, the first in a three-part series, on Food Safety Management Systems Implementation focuses on the essential tasks behind performing gap assessments and the associated tools. Further discussion on developing and managing against strategic initiatives in small, medium, and large organizations are included to enable the participant to walk away with not only tools and templates but also a greater understanding of navigating the complex world of system requirements but also change management.
