Protecting Your Firm from Claims of Sexual Abuse, Exploitation, Harassment and Discrimination

Speaker

Instructor: Kenneth Barden
Product ID: 706642

Location
  • Duration: 60 Min
The #MeToo movement has brought about significant awareness of the extent to which exploitation, abuse, harassment and discrimination exist among different sexes and genders. Effectively, the “good ole boys” networks of former times are on their death knell and new opportunities are opening up to persons who were formerly disadvantaged by attitudes and behaviors of the past which are now deemed unacceptable. Firms that have failed to modify their culture and attitudes to provide more respect to others face ostracism, legal liabilities and even prosecution.
