Description:
This webinar gives you a fast introduction to DORA and a more thorough walk through of RISK Management and the importance hereof to be compliant. You will learn what RISK Management requirements DORA contains and how a Basic Risk Management Framework really supports your work with this Regulation.
The EU Regulation “Digital Operational Resilience Act” (DORA) was enacted by the EU in December 2022 with a start date in January 2025. All Financial Services Institutes are required to follow this regulation at the start date with severe penalties implemented for no-compliance. Besides the FSI themselves also the ICT Providers to FSI need to be compliant at the same date - January 2025.
Why Should You Attend:
Are you ready for DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act)? As a senior manager you are personally responsible for your company’s compliance. Ignorance and/or misunderstandings is no excuse - therefore you need to understand what DORA means and how it impacts your business.
If you are a RISK manager in FSI you will probably already know that you are included in this Regulation - and you will probably also be responsible for large parts of the work needed to be done to achieve compliance.
This webinar gives you the insight needed to determine what to do and oversee what has been done. You will be given a checklist on all requirements in DORA and you will be able to follow up on your organization with this simple but very effective list.
