This presentation explains how an effective GSA Compliance program must be based on a systems approach. With a systems approach to GSA Schedule contract compliance, companies work to realign internal processes and procedures with best practices to create a more efficient and effective GSA Schedule program. The effect of such an approach is to prevent or reduce fines and penalties. Some of the most common GSA Schedule contractor system missteps – inaccurate payment of the Industrial Funding Fee (IFF), triggering the price reductions clause and Trade Agreements Act (TAA) noncompliance -- are the end responsibilities of much larger systems.
