Why Should You Attend:

Do you need to be concerned about export compliance if the products that you export are not electronics or machinery? It is not just dual-use or military exporters that need to be concerned about export compliance. Although the product you export is considered non-threatening, the Department of Commerce will still hold you accountable for actions not taking.

As corporations, persons and special interest groups increase their focus on global business opportunities, the US government is increasing their scrutiny on exports, as a whole. This webinar is designed to provide an overview of the U.S. Export Regulations, Foreign Trade Regulation, introduction of agencies that exercise jurisdiction over US shipments, and the required data elements needed on an export invoice, to properly export merchandise from the United States to other countries. Business trade executives and compliance associates must understand the penalties associated for non-compliance and how to avoid them.
