Instructor Profile:

Gail Birks, is the President of CMA Enterprise Incorporated, a Management Consulting firm (1990) and The Breakthru Institute, a Edu-tainment Company. Since 1994, she has served as a Director on the Board of Gibraltar Private Bank, FSB. She is a graduate of Tennessee State University where she obtained the first BBA degree in Economics and Finance and Florida International University where she obtained an Executive MBA (EMBA) in Business and Strategic Management. She has also completed post-graduate work in HR Administration and Industrial Psychology. A certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, she is also a State of Florida Supreme Court certified Circuit/ Civil Mediator.

Serving the South Florida Community for the past 30 years, Ms. Birks is active with National Association of Corporate Directors-Florida Chapter, Board Member, Women’s Executive Leadership, Advisory Board Member (past), Women Corporate Director, and The Casimiro Global Foundation, Board member and Secretary. She is a mentor to “at promise” youth.
