Dr. Randy J. Harvey, has a Juris Doctorate, a PhD in Education, Policy and Management, and a Masters in Education. He has taught contract negotiation, contract management and labor relations at Lewis and Clark College in Oregon. He has experience as a licensed private investigator specializing in employee misconduct investigations. He is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, North American Association of Educational Negotiators, Associate Member of the American Bar Association (Labor and Employment) and a Professional Member of the National Speakers Association. In 2004 he won Toastmasters International’s, World Championship of Public Speaking from a field of 25,000 contestants.
