Instructor Profile:

Dr. Randy J. Harvey, has a Juris Doctorate, a PhD in Education, Policy and Management, and a Masters in Education. He has twenty-five years of experience as a manager in a variety of positions managing between 50 and 1300 employees. Since 1995 he has been a Labor Relations Consultant negotiating contracts for management with their unions. He has taught contract negotiation, contract management and labor relations at Lewis and Clark College in Oregon. He has experience as a licensed private investigator specializing in employee misconduct investigations. He is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, North American Association of Educational Negotiators, Associate Member of the American Bar Association (Labor and Employment) and a Professional Member of the National Speakers Association. In 2004 he won Toastmasters International’s, World Championship of Public Speaking from a field of 25,000 contestants.
