Amie Devero, is the Founder and President of The Devero Group, a boutique consultancy dedicated to catalyzing extraordinary strategic thought. The firm works with executive teams to build values-based organizations that are strategy-focused, aligned and that consistently produce breakthrough results. Amie attended Bennington College, Harvard University and the London School of Economics and holds two masters degrees. Prior to becoming a management consultant Amie owned a highly successful corporate fitness consulting company based in London which she sold to her employees in 2002. She has been the COO of a major amateur sports governing body, has worked as a chief turnaround officer within a venture capital firm and has consulted to such organizations as The Boeing Company, The Tampa Bay Lightning, SimplexGrinnell and many others.
