Why Should You Attend:

Traditional methods of Process Improvement demonstrate high failure rates: Business Process Reengineering (BPR) 50% to 85%, Total Quality Management (TQM) 75%, and Six Sigma 90%.

Proactive methods such as Process Reliability Modeling will result in processes that are effective, efficient and reliable.

Process Reliability Modeling has its roots in reliability engineering. Through employee surveys qualitative information is converted to quantitative data to determine the likelihood of passing work through the entire organization. Processes with a low reliability score are flagged and root cause failure analysis methods engaged. Methods for process improvement are presented in webinar.

Areas Covered in the Webinar:

  • Process Reliability Modeling: history, the process, validation
  • Results of effective management, sigma score and patient satisfaction
  • Process owner responsibilities
  • Turning qualitative information into quantitative data to determine process and system reliability
  • Plotting results on two-by-two grid for analysis
  • Root Cause Failure Analysis

Who Will Benefit:

This training is useful for all the individuals who want to learn process variation countermeasures. It would be ideal for:

  • Medical Quality Assurance Personnel
  • Medical Assistants
  • Nursing (all disciplines)
  • Physicians (all specialties)
  • Pharmacy Operations
  • Medical Device Manufacturers
  • Medical Laboratory Operations
  • Government Healthcare Organizations
